Orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, are generally dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on Sunday are generally dispatched on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro cities: approximately 24–48 hours
Other locations: approximately 2–5 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, logistics coverage and circumstances beyond our control.

For orders below ₹500, a delivery charge of ₹100 may apply.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our products are subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

8. Order Cancellation

Because orders may be dispatched on the same day, cancellation after dispatch may not always be possible.

Where cancellation is approved after dispatch, applicable two-way delivery charges may be deducted from the refund.
