We believe food should be more than something you buy and consume. It should carry a real, traceable journey -from a Himalayan farm to your table, with nothing hidden along the way.
Just Organik is a brand under Treta Agro (P) Ltd., born from our roots in agriculture in Uttarakhand. We started with a simple purpose: make safe, authentic and nutritionally better organic food accessible to more people, while building durable livelihoods for the farmers who grow it - not as a tagline, but as the actual business model.
For more than 13 years, we've worked across organic cereals, pulses, millets, flours, spices, unrefined sweeteners, cold-pressed oils, ghee, and ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook foods - sourced from the mineral-rich, traditional soils of the Himalayan belt and beyond, and grown from traditional and heirloom varieties rather than high-yield hybrids bred for shelf life over flavour. That's a quiet but real reason our produce tends to taste closer to how these grains and pulses tasted a generation ago.

Rooted in the himalayas

The Himalayas are where much of our story began, and they remain the reason our food tastes and nourishes the way it does. The region's traditional farming knowledge, its heirloom crop varieties, and its close relationship with a difficult, honest landscape continue to shape how we think about food. From grains and millets to pulses and spices, the Himalayan belt offers an extraordinary diversity most of India's food system has quietly moved away from in favour of a handful of high-volume crops. Our role is to bring that diversity - its taste, and its nutrition - to more kitchens, while building durable markets for the 15,000+ farmers, organized through FPOs, who grow it. Serving Himalayan purity, taste and nutrition, with authenticity, is not a slogan for us; it's the sourcing decision we make every season.

We work with 15,000+ farmers across farming communities in the Himalayan region, many of them coming together through Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). By working collectively, farmers can share resources, access certification and training, reduce input costs by 10–15%, and access markets where organic produce can earn 15–25% higher price realization. And with batch-level traceability, we can follow that journey from farm to packet.

IN HARMONY WITH NATURE

Nature - often called Mother Nature -runs on rules: rules to grow crops, turn the soil, and replenish micronutrients. A crop needs 16 essential nutrients to grow properly; 13 of them come from the soil itself, and only 3 from air and water. Decades of chemical-intensive farming steadily draws down that soil nutrient bank without fully replacing it, which is one real, measurable reason food grown that way can be less nutrient-dense than food grown the traditional way.
At our organic farms across the Himalayan belt, under Treta Agro, we work constantly to stay in step with those rules instead of overriding them. Just Organik produce is grown on land that has never been polluted by chemical fertilizer or pesticide — which is both an assurance of purity and a practical reason it tends to be nutritionally better.
'Treta' refers to a mythological age when everything was 'Just' and ethical. Just Organik is your just, authentic and ethical source of organic food - grown to taste better and nourish better, because it's grown the way nature intended.
