At Just Organik, we value the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. We also believe in building long-term relationships with our customers and will make every reasonable effort to resolve genuine product-quality concerns.

1. Product Quality & Returns

Depending on the nature of the issue and subject to verification and the applicable Terms & Conditions, we may provide:

A replacement of the affected product; or
A refund/cashback, as applicable.

Customers may be required to provide relevant order details and information about the product issue so that the Company can verify the request.

2. Damaged or Quality-Related Products

If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

The Company may review the complaint before approving a replacement or refund.

Where a replacement is approved, the replacement will be arranged subject to product availability.

3. Refund Eligibility

4. Refund for Quality Issues

If a product-quality complaint is verified and a refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure.

Where applicable, delivery charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order.

If the cancellation is successfully approved within this period, the full order amount will be refunded.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.

6. Cancellation After Dispatch

Since orders may be dispatched on the same day, cancellation after dispatch may not always be possible.

If an order is cancelled after dispatch and the cancellation is accepted, the applicable two-way delivery charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

The remaining eligible amount will then be refunded to the customer.

7. Refund Method

For eligible refunds, the amount may be credited to the customer's JOY Wallet and may be used towards future purchases on JustOrganik.com.

For eligible online-payment refunds, the Company may process the refund through the applicable online payment gateway, subject to the applicable JOY Wallet Terms & Conditions.

8. Refund Processing Time

For refunds processed through the online payment gateway, the refund may take approximately 5–7 working days to process and reflect in the customer's account.

Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

9. Missing Products

After verification, the Company may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

10. How to Request a Return or Refund

Products once delivered will generally not be taken back unless a return, replacement or refund is specifically approved by Just Organik under the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Just Organik reserves the right to verify each return or refund request before approving the applicable resolution.
